AUSTIN, Texas – May 9, 2019 – Zenoss Inc., a leader in software-defined IT operations, has been awarded the 2019 Nutanix .heart award. The award celebrates organizations that have dedicated time, resources and energy toward programs and diversity initiatives in order to foster a passion for technology and education.
Nutanix recognized Zenoss as a recipient of the .heart award for exemplifying the mission of Nutanix's corporate social responsibility program — to allocate voices, time and funds to make a positive impact on people, communities and the world.
Zenoss and Nutanix collaborated on a number of charitable causes throughout the year. Most notably, they joined together at GalaxZ18, the Zenoss annual user conference, to support the global nonprofit Girls in Tech, a program that empowers girls in science, technology, math and engineering. Additionally, Zenoss teamed up with Nutanix during .heart week to donate professional clothing and resources for Dress for Success, a campaign focused on helping empower women to achieve economic independence.
