You will receive a $1,000 gross payment (sorry, it's taxable) after the 90-day anniversary of the full-time employee you referred.
How do you refer someone?
- Check our open positions.
- Email the resume of the candidate to recruiting@zenoss.com with "Friends of Zenoss Referral" in the subject line.
- Include your name along with contact information in your email so we can ensure you receive your reward.
Eligibility Rules (aka, "The Fine Print")
- Full-time hires only — sorry, part-time employees and interns don't count.
- Full resume with contact information must be included for consideration.
- Only referrals to candidates who have not already applied or been referred to Zenoss are eligible.
- Referred candidates must not have been previously employed by Zenoss.
- Agency submissions are not eligible.
- You will receive a $1,000 gross payment no more than 30 days following the 90-day anniversary of the referred employee.
- The payment is taxable. All referrers will be required to fill out a W-9 and either fax it to us or send us a PDF via email prior to receipt of payment.
- Referred employee must complete 90 calendar days of employment, be in good standing and be employed at the time of payment.
