Throughout my career I’ve recognized that customers are the key to every company’s success. In fact, prior to joining Zenoss I worked at a Voice of the Customer (VoC) software company, where I developed a deep appreciation of the value of a strong customer relationship. And having participated in a number of terrific and memorable user conferences over the years, I’ve learned that these events are the ideal environment for listening, sharing of best practices, educating and networking. As a CEO, it is truly one of my favorite things to conduct.
So it’s no surprise that when I joined Zenoss in June of this year, one of the first initiatives I kick-started was a Zenoss user conference. I’m very happy to announce that we’ve settled on a name, date and location – Zenoss’ inaugural user conference, GalaxZ 15, will be held in Austin, TX, Monday, May 4th through Thursday, May 7th.
The stars featured at Zenoss GalaxZ 15 will be you! We look forward to hearing how you use Zenoss today to help your business be successful. And we are excited to share our plans for the future and get your input. There will be plenty of opportunity to connect with others in the Zenoss community — including customers, partners, open-source Community representatives, IT operations thought leaders and industry luminaries.
