VMworld 2014 is fast approaching!
VMworld is the leading conference for virtualization and cloud computing technologies from VMware. Attendees at this event get the opportunity to learn more about cutting-edge topics like the software-defined enterprise, hybrid cloud, cloud management, mobility, and so much more.
Here at Zenoss, we are eagerly looking forward to VMworld. As a VMware partner, we will be busy attending sessions, talking with our VMware counterparts, meeting with several of our existing customers, and answering as many questions as we can from others who are interested in learning more about Zenoss’ VMware management capabilities.
Virtualization as a Strategic Initiative
At Zenoss, we know how important virtualization is as a strategic initiative for our customers.
VMware pioneered the virtualization revolution 10 years ago with vSphere, and VMware – for a fifth consecutive year – is placed in the Leaders Quadrant of Gartner’s “Magic Quadrant for x86 Server Virtualization Infrastructure”. At Zenoss, just about every customer we have has invested in VMware infrastructure to some extent.
As a leading provider of VMware monitoring, Zenoss makes managing virtualized environments easy. Zenoss combines management of virtual servers, guests, and workloads with comprehensive management of physical servers, network devices, storage, and more to provide a complete solution for service assurance with comprehensive virtual infrastructure monitoring.
Zenoss is also especially proud that VMware is one of our customers!
Come by Our Booth at VMworld — and Keep an Eye Out for Our New CEO
Zenoss will be in San Francisco at the Moscone Center attending VMWorld from Sunday, August 24th through Thursday, August 28th. While at the show, we will have several folks available at the booth who will be available to answer questions and give you a demo.
Also, back in June, Zenoss announced the appointment of Greg Stock as our new CEO (for more information, see “Zenoss Appoints Enterprise Software Veteran Greg Stock as CEO” and “7 Questions for Greg Stock, New Leader at Zenoss”).
Since his arrival, Greg has been busy meeting with our customers and connecting with our partners. If you haven’t had a chance to meet Greg yet, keep your eye out for him!
During the show, Greg will be talking with our customers, attending sessions, and swinging by the booth as time allows. If you see him out on the floor, in a session, or at a happy hour, make sure you grab him and introduce yourself! Greg wants to make sure he gets a chance to talk with as many folks as he can while out in San Francisco.
In addition to Greg, Zenoss will also have several other C-level executives at the show, as well as several other Zenossians who will be more than happy to chat with you and answer any questions you may have, including Alan Conley, our CTO, Chris Smith, our CMO, and several of our Zenoss system engineers.
Get Your Zenny! (and Maybe a Rubik’s Cube)
The Zenoss team will be in Booth #2615, on the far southeast corner of Moscone Center in the South Hall. Make sure you come by our booth, grab a Zenny, take a selfie, and then tweet your selfie using the #VMWorld, @zenoss hash tags.
While you are at the booth, you can also take our Rubik’s cube challenge — if you can solve it, you can keep it!
Hopefully we will be seeing you around the show floor at VMworld next week!
