We are excited to announce the 2016 Modern Monitoring survey! It is now open for all IT professionals through the end of July 2016. Once compiled, all participants will receive the full Modern Monitoring report, which will provide organizations insight into innovative monitoring best practices and the trends that are shaping the industry.
Why did we think this was an important research project? Today’s modern IT ecosystems are dynamic, complex, and flexible. IT Operations teams are on the hook to maintain reliable service levels while simultaneously providing new and innovative offerings that address business demands. In this study, Zenoss hopes to uncover both the most common, and most effective, approaches that industry leading companies are taking to ensure their monitoring tools are up to the task. We need your input!
