Last week, a team of us had the pleasure of representing Zenoss at the Nutanix .NEXT Conference for IT operations professionals, held in beautiful Anaheim, California, this year.
What We Learned
I have been to several Nutanix events at this point, and I still believe that Nutanix puts on one of the most relevant conferences in our field. The keynotes, breakout presentations, and partners they select to join them are always relevant and never fail to provide insights you can take back to your day job when the event concludes. I captured my top three takeaways from the conference in a video I hope you’ll find informative.
What We Did
Nutanix recognized Zenoss as a recipient of the .heart award for exemplifying the mission of Nutanix's corporate social responsibility program — to allocate voices, time and funds to make a positive impact on people, communities and the world. A foundational element of the Zenoss-Nutanix partnership is our common drive to serve our communities and change peoples' lives. As part of this partnership, Zenoss and Nutanix jointly raised $10,000 in support of Girlstart, a nonprofit organization devoted to empowering girls in fields related to science, technology, engineering and math. What We Shared
George Kanuck, our vice president of worldwide sales and channel, had the opportunity to speak on theCube. During his interview, he shared more about the position Zenoss has in the market, how Zenoss thinks about continuously evolving IT, Nutanix’s use case of Zenoss for their internal IT environment, and our Nutanix AHV and Integrated - Ready certifications.Â
We always make a lot of great connections every time we go to Nutanix .NEXT, and are very much looking forward to their .NEXT Europe event coming up in Copenhagen!
