To Our Zenoss #CustomersForLife and Extended Family,

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, I want to take a moment to share some important updates from the Zenoss frontlines.

Our Priority

We all have an obligation to do everything we can to support the global community in stopping COVID-19 in its tracks. Our No. 1 priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers, business partners and families. Like many other companies, we've been monitoring and assessing the ongoing circumstances very carefully, and we are closely following the advice of medical experts as well as local, state and federal authorities.

We realize that in this time of crisis, it is even more critical for us to help you to maintain uninterrupted operations. Every day, our customers rely on us to help them rapidly resolve real-time, business-critical issues.

Business Continuity Is in Our DNA

Since the company's inception, our primary purpose has been to help ensure the business continuity of our customers — to be there in the moments that matter to our users, regardless of what's happening in the world around us. Because we already had strong processes and technologies to support a remote workforce, we are confident that the COVID-19 outbreak will not impact our ability to continue to provide our products and services to our customers.

In fact, our team has been working virtually for over a week now, and I'm pretty sure that went unnoticed by our customers. We've also asked our employees to limit travel and conduct virtual meetings during this time. These policies will continue until we deem it safe to return to our Austin, Texas, headquarters and other offices around the world.
