Terms of Use
Welcome to the online Zenoss Learning Center. The Zenoss Learning Center provides access to Zenoss training and course registration and allows for the purchase of training via credit card transactions.
Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully ("Terms of Use"). These Terms of Use govern how you may access and use the online learning center. By accessing the learning center, you affirm that you have read and accept all of the following terms and conditions, which we may update from time to time without notice to you. Your continued use of the learning center after changes to the Terms of Use have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms of Use. If at any time the Terms of Use are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediate cease all use of this learning center.
Zenoss Cancelation of Training Class or Conference
In the unlikely event Zenoss cancels a scheduled training class or conference, then Zenoss will credit the cost of such canceled training class or conference to a future class or conference. Such credit will be available for one year from the date of the canceled class or conference. If you do not use the credit within that one-year period, then the credit will expire.
Zenoss Reserves the Right to Accept the Attendee of a Training Class or Conference
Your placement in a training class or conference is subject to Zenoss' acceptance. In the unlikely event you paid for the training class or conference and Zenoss denies acceptance, then Zenoss will refund your entire order.
Purchase Terms & Conditions
Any purchase within the Zenoss Learning Center is subject to Zenoss' acceptance. Your order is deemed to be placed when you provide Zenoss with details of your payment (i.e., your credit card confirmation) for the order as detailed herein. Once placed, your order shall be noncancelable and the sums paid nonrefundable. Training Services are governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the Zenoss Description of Software, Support & Services (DOSSS), found at www.zenoss.com/contracts.
You agree to pay any sales, value-added or other similar taxes imposed by applicable law, except for taxes based on Zenoss' income. If you are a tax-exempt organization, a copy of your tax-exemption certificate must be submitted with your credit card payment method.
The credit card used to make payment must be valid for the entire period of the Training Services or Conference Registration term. Please be advised that Zenoss is unable to process credit card transactions of USD $50,000 or greater or transactions that are not in US Dollars.
I (we) hereby authorize Zenoss Inc. to charge any and all Amount Authorized to the Credit Card Account for the Charges indicated on the ordering document and incurred by the Entity or Individual. I (we) authorize the Merchant to charge the Training Services or Conference Registration charges indicated in the ordering document and incurred by the Entity or Individual. I (we) acknowledge that the amount indicated in the ordering document will be charged at the time of the submission of the ordering document and that order is subject to applicable Sales or other taxes. I (we) understand that the liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated Company or Association fails to pay for any part or the full Amount of these Charges. I certify that I am authorized to effect Charges to the Credit Card Number on the ordering document.
In issuing this credit card confirmation, you agree that only the terms of the ordering documents and the agreement between the parties shall apply to the Training Services or Conference Registration ordered under this ordering document. No terms attached or submitted with the credit card shall apply.
Refund & Cancelation Policy
No refund will be made once a purchase is made. It's up to the customer purchasing the training, conference, services or product to determine if the training, conference, services or product fits your requirements. Once purchase is made, it's nonrefundable and nontransferable.
All Sales are final, and no refunds will be given in any situation. No refunds or substitutions will be made for any services, training classes, products or conference registration, therefore, please make sure that you can attend the requested event or class and the services and products are exactly what you want.
Acceptance of This Refund Policy
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

Nominated Authorized Representatives
The person purchasing the Training Credits may nominate an authorized person who may distribute the Training Credits to their organization's employees. This authorized person could be the initial purchaser or another person in the organization. Such authorized person may only distribute Training Credits internally to their company employees, and only such authorized person will have access to see the balance of Training Credits held in their account.
