The Meraki Integration Service ZenPack provides discovery, modeling and monitoring for Meraki network devices managed through the Meraki dashboard API and SNMP polling. SNMP polling can be enabled for the dashboard and network devices.
A Meraki dashboard device in Zenoss monitors all networks and devices in a single Meraki organization. Multiple organizations can be monitored by adding a dashboard device for each.
Modeling utilizes both SNMP and API information to provide information for the device and its components, e.g., devices, device interfaces, organizations, networks, network devices and uplinks.
Discovery of Meraki network devices is provided by the API on the dashboard device. Adding a dashboard and utilizing discovery will bring in routes, access points and switches.
